Return Policy

Any items which are returned for refund or exchange must be received back at our returns department within 14 days of receipt in an unused and new condition, preferrably with original packing intact.

We strongly recommend you use a recorded/insured delivery service as we regret that we cannot be held responsible for goods lost in transit.

Before returning items please phone or email our head office for an authorisation code which should be noted on the parcel when sent.

All refunds will be made as soon as possible.
